Rollo Markee and The Tailshakers use vintage instruments, microphones and amplifiers which shape a sound that echoes the classic American recordings from the 1940's and 50's making for a unique experience.

Rollo is a veteran vocalist and harmonica player who is renowned across the UK and Europe, his rich and authentic blues voice make for an immersive blues experience.

Rollo Markee and The Tailshakers are a band that take their influences from the different styles of music that were prominent in the fifties and sixties in the US. Their first album " A Blues Record" contains fifteen tracks, twelve of which are original.
